Q: What Is Threshold Club Sports

A: Threshold Club Sports is a co-ed recreational/social sports club that has an emphasis on being a part of the Los Angeles Community, and giving to charity.  Threshold Club Sports organizes recreational sports for busy professionals who are interested in balancing their lifestyles in pursuit of the Strong Body and Sound Mind.  Threshold Club Sports donates a portion of its proceeds to charity.  Its “Champions of Charity” concept will enable the winning team in each bracket to donate the prize money to their charity of choice.

Q: How does the charity aspect play in?

A: Threshold Club Sports has a list of charities under their philanthropy page.  Each team has the opportunity to choose a charity that they would like to play for.  At the end of the season, a percentage of all proceeds will be donated by the league champion to their charity of choice.

Q: What is the level of competition?

A: Don't worry about it.  TCS operates in a heathy setting where sportsmanship and athletic balance will be accounted for during team placement.  You will never worry about how you look out there.  You will have fun and get some exercise in the process.

Leagues, Rules and Logistics

Q: How competitive are the leagues? What if I have never played before?

A: Sign up! Threshold Club Sports accommodates all skill levels with our different divisions. The Players Division is competitive, but still social and laid back, the Casual Division is the happy middle ground, and the Extremely Casual Division is if you're looking more for the social than the competition or consider yourself a beginner at the organized game.
